Now in Russia they have launched a service for the accelerated delivery of medicines and raw materials for their creation.It was offered by RZD-Logistics. Everything became possible due to the fact that they have special completely autonomous refrigerator containers.

Their main advantage is that they can guarantee "cooling" (save the correct temperature required for the transportation of drugs) up to 25-30 days. And this means that such containers are great for delivery by almost any type of transport.

In addition, containers can be powered by different energy sources. When transported by rail or on tractors, a diesel generator is used to run the cooling system. But for multimodal shipments, for example, when the container will go part of the way by sea, they use electricity.

It turns out that even with a delay in the departure of the vessel from the port, for example, or a long stay of the cargo at the transshipment point, the cargo will not suffer.

The transportation of medicines in such containers is going to be brought to a regular basis. There are resources for it. And it is possible to deliver goods in such refrigerators both within the territory of the Russian Federation and from abroad, and by any type of transport.
