Russia is working on the organization of regular sea transportation to Latin America and the Caribbean. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach at the first international parliamentary conference "Russia – Latin America: equal and mutually beneficial economic cooperation".
