A new service for the accelerated transportation of goods from China was launched in Russia

19/07/2023

From which country does each resident of Russia most of all wait for a package? Moreover, it doesn’t matter whether he is a businessman or a person who is far from such matters and just works, for example, in an office.

Of course, this country is China. It is the goods from there that are in great demand in the market. This includes equipment and components for IT, PC, various fabrics, as well as finished products, toys for children. Yes, almost all the products that we use every day. Most likely, your laptop or smartphone on which you are reading this article is also from China.

And of course, the main thing is that all the goods you and your customers love come to us as quickly as possible and in the best possible way. Remember how long before the residents of Moscow and the Moscow region waited for their orders from Aliexpress. Now this problem has been solved, because the marketplace has opened warehouses in Russia. And the goods are sent to customers from there.

And the problem of long delivery will also be solved by a new cross-border service for the transportation of postal items and e-commerce cargo in mail and luggage cars from China to Russia.
The first batch of goods was sent from the Hunchun station to Vladivostok. Already there, the entire cargo will go through the customs clearance procedure. Who will be responsible for the cargo?

For the movement - Russian Railways. For the assembly and sorting of items - Russian Post.
The new service will allow transporting more than 600 tons of cargo from China to Russia every month.

Analysts have already calculated that the use of the new service will help keep delivery times at the level of air travel. And the shipping cost will be greatly reduced.

How will the new service help businesses?
Reducing the cost of shipping will also reduce the final cost of goods for buyers. And that means attracting new customers. Most of all, the use of the new service should take a closer look at companies that are engaged in online commerce and high technology.

What is the benefit to customers?
Of course, in the first place is the cost of delivery of goods. And the second is speed. Let's say residents of the Far East or Siberia will be able to receive their orders 10 days faster! Good speed, right?

The new service will become an alternative to road and air cargo transportation in terms of delivery speed and cost. It will be especially relevant for clients from high-tech industries, as well as for companies engaged in cross-border e-commerce. For residents of the regions of Siberia and the Far East, the speed of delivery of items from China will be reduced by 5-10 days.

Russian Post believes that the service will be used by both the largest marketplaces and small companies that work in the field of sales and logistics.

Considering that they plan to expand the geography of transportation, goods from China will soon be delivered even faster and, most likely, to different regions of Russia.

As you can see, the launch of a new service should help clients, small companies, and market giants. So, it is definitely worth trying to use it to attract new customers, develop your business and make a profit.
