The project is planned to be implemented by the Russian group of companies (GC) "Osnova" together with Chinese partners. It will be a large hub for 600 thousand containers specifically for goods from China.

The construction of the complex will cost 15 billion rubles at the first stage. At the same time, Russia and China are ready to invest in equal shares.

So far, several options for the placement of the future logistics complex are being considered: a site in Orekhovo-Zuyevo and a number of other promising sites.

After the preparation of the project, the construction of a large container park will begin in 2024. And they plan to complete all the work by 2026.

It should be noted that the increase in freight traffic through the ports of the Far East this year amounted to 34% compared to 2022. About 529 thousand were processed there in almost six months.
